Okay, so it's not ice cream at all, and despite how the picture appears, it's not even chocolate. But it's good.
Ingredients:
*1 cup berries (I used strawberries)
*1 banana
*1/2 cup almond butter
*almond or coconut milk, as needed
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender.
2. Blend until smooth, adding milk as needed.
3. Freeze.
4. Top with chopped nuts or fruit.
Notes: I tried this with raspberries and blackberries. It was good, but we think the strawberries are better.

Almond Butter Fruit Sticks
Ingredients:
*Strawberries, sliced
*bananas, sliced
*apples, sliced and cut into small sections
*almond butter
*toothpicks
Directions:
1. With toothpick, skewer strawberry, then banana.
2. Spread almond butter on apple slice then add to skewer.
